Designed to automate the visitor registration process, EvTrack FrontDesk forms an integral part of the EvTrack eco-system and allows a visitor to self-register on arrival at the site. Operating on a Android Kiosk or Tablet devices it has a touchscreen interface for user input and is managed by the EvTrack Web management portal. It compliments or replaces the security officer at the front desk and notifies the host after the registration is complete.
EvTrack's range of self-service visitor kiosks automate the visitor registration process and provide an interface for pre-registered visitors to verify an invite or for walk-in visitors to register afresh. The kiosks we provide have a touchscreen for user data input, a camera for visitor facial photo capture, support for QR code or ID scanning and WiFi data communication to communicate with the EvTrack cloud server. Our visitor kiosks are also compatible with a variety of printers which can be used to print visitor labels from the kiosk.

Our Android 64-Bit Smart Phone Application is used by a Security Officer or Receptionist for visitor registration, ID scanning, security screening, badge printing and physical access control verification. It is deal for portable security guarding applications at the entrance or exit of a residential estate, business park or construction site. Through our web portal interface, all EvTrack functions including system dashboard, analytics, setup, configuration, management and reporting can be accessed through a standard internet web browser on a laptop, desktop PC, tablet or smartphone. No special software plugins are needed.
Our free smartphone application is part of the EvTrack eco system and allows residents, tenants and authorised users to send QR Codes or One Time Pin (OTP) visitor invites to contractors, couriers and visitors. Other features include host approval of visitors, visitor notification messages, a visitor activity log and a dynamic QR code for Contactless Access Control by resident, employee or tenant.
Our EvTrack Web Services API allows for the Creation, Updating & Deletion of Visitor Credentials via an easy to use REST-API interface. This facilitates temporary access control to a site via a third party application software integration or to an external CRM
